Implementation Consulting Credentials

All Arkenis OTM consultants have operational backgrounds in logistics and experience developing and supporting 4PL business models, in addition to their systems implementation and consulting skills.

Our project managers are Prince II qualified and have managed major logistics systems implementations for large multi-nationals across a range of industries. 

With EMEA delivery capabilities and languages skills including:  English, French, German, Flemish and Italian, we can work effectively across cultures, languages and geographies. 

In addition to our substantial permanent consulting team should additional resource be required on a project,  Arkenis can draw upon Oracle's consulting resource and if necessary our network of contract resource in order to scale rapidly to meet increased demand.

Our partnership with Oracle includes regular interaction at the EMEA executive and operational levels regarding client / account management, implementation projects, support, training and development activities.

Arkenis and Oracle work closely together to ensure that customers are properly implemented and supported. To enable seamless collaboration on projects,  Arkenis uses Oracle's OTM implementation methodology and has a hosted implementation and testing platform which can be made available to both Arkenis and Oracle consulting resources and accessed from anywhere in the world.  Arkenis involves Oracle in executive level steering committee meetings on major projects to ensure that there is an on-going feedback loop into Oracle's client management and product development organizations. 

Systems Integration

A key element of many OTM implementations is integration with one or more ERP and order management systems.  Whether the client is looking for a loosely coupled or tightly integrated environment we have the skills required to assist.  Within our team we have XML expertise and knowledge of a variety of ERP systems so that we can deliver OTM as a seamless part of a broader systems landscape.

Hosting & Managed Services

Arkenis has a dedicated hosting and managed services organization within its infrastructure division that has experience hosting large environments on Oracle and other platforms and is capable of offering full scale high-availability and disaster recovery if required.

Arkenis has both on-site and off-site data centers based in the UK and France.  Our facilities are secure, climate-controlled, and allow us to provide end-to-end system management capabilities, high system availability and robust disaster recovery to our customers.  Our 1 or 2 hour response SLA offers flexibility to clients, depending on the criticality of their systems. We also offer 365/24/7 support capabilities.
