We act as a central point of contact for clients who need advice, assistance or immediate resolution of IT issues. Our technical experts are vendor accredited and committed individuals who focus on getting our clients back to a state of business as usual, with minimal disruption.
This service is also extended to facilitate and manage calls between clients and their 3rd party helpdesk teams, until problems are resolved to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
Our primary objectives are to be available when clients need urgent assistance, keep our customers informed and take ownership of the IT issue through to resolution.
Arkenis offers 3 standard services that can be tailored to suit a client's IT service requirements.Within our flexible support contracts we conduct an inventory and risk assessment that identifies potential IT and security threats. This information is communicated back to the client with recommendations for immediate action.
