Our OTM Consulting Team is headed by Phil Lambert former head of Oracle's OTM consulting group in EMEA and founder of the original G-Log consulting group where he was VP International consulting. We have a dedicated focus on OTM and have one of the largest permanent OTM consulting Teams in EMEA consisting of original G-Log team members with upwards of 7 years OTM experience.
All Arkenis OTM consultants have operational backgrounds in logistics and experience developing and supporting 4PL business models, in addition to their systems implementation and consulting skills. Their superior depth and breadth of Logistics Process, Operations and Systems Experience comes from backgrounds in: 3PL Transportation & Warehousing as well as 4PL Pan European Solutions with major logistics service providers such as AP Moller-Maersk, Kuehne & Nagel, Christian Salvesen, UPS, DHL, P&OTE as well as supply chain and logistics management positions in industry. In addition to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) expertise, we understand the entire systems landscape in supply chain systems.
Our project managers are Prince II qualified and have managed major logistics systems implementations for large multi-nationals across a range of industries.
With EMEA delivery capabilities and languages skills including: English, French, German, Flemish and Italian, we can work effectively across cultures, languages and geographies.
